Within a few hundred yards walk you can be on the coastal path and Cley beach is within easy walking distance!

One enters the garden via a gate set in the high wall and then into the kitchen area. With wooden units the kitchen has everything needed to enjoy cooking the local fare with electric oven with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine etc. French doors open into the garden and with windows on two other aspects the room is very light.

Through into the good sized sitting room furnished with two comfy sofas and mainly oak arts and craft style furniture, this room again has French doors opening into the garden and has a light and airy feel. A large TV with dvd is provided for evenings at home and at the far end of the room is the dining area.

Open tread wooden stairs lead to the first floor which has a good sized double bedroom with king sized bed and again French doors with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden with the windmill and salt marshes beyond. The thoughtful owner leaves binoculars in this room for guests to spot the wonderful bird life that Cley and its marshes are so famous for. There is also a single bedroom and shower room on this floor.

The garden has a small patio with table and chairs for alfresco dining overlooking a lawned area surrounded by flower beds containing roses and cottage garden favourites – a little oasis of calm shut away from the bustling village in the height of the season.

The cottage has full central heating and so is cosy for visits all the year round and although there is no dedicated parking at the cottage there are usually spaces to be found on the road near the cottage or the village hall car park is about a five minute walk away.
