The new owners of Woodbine Cottage were delighted when they were able to purchase the cottage they had spent so many happy holidays in and we are now able to share this little bolthole with our guests.  Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Cley next the Sea, Woodbine is close to the wonderful Deli, smoke house, pottery, art gallery and within easy walking distance of the two pubs and the beach road.  It is set a little back from the road separated by a hedge and tiny gravel garden.

One enters the cottage through the front door into a comfortable sitting room with two sofas, TV and an open fire for winter nights in.  This leads to a separate dining room with seating for four people and then into the small fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.  The downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower attachment within the bath.

From the dining room there is a small rear hall with a door to the rear garden and stairs leading up to the  two comfortable double bedrooms, one of which can be made up as twin beds on request.

There is a small patio area at the rear of the cottage that leads to an enclosed garden with table and chairs for relaxing in after taking advantage of the wonderful walks or attractions of this area of natural beauty on the North Norfolk coast. There is also an outside washhouse with washing machine and tumble drier and logs and coal are supplied for the open fire. There are storage heaters throughout the cottage.

There is no private parking at the cottage but parking is usually available on the street or the nearby village hall car park.  Woodbine cottage is a non smoking property and does not accept pets.
