With its traditional Blakeney colours of white painted flint and heritage blue woodwork Trinity draws lots of admirers who stroll up the lane, situated as it is on the corner of one of the most picturesque lokes in the village.

One enters through a small entrance hall off which is a downstairs cloakroom with WC.   The little kitchen is well fitted with white units, electric cooker, small dishwasher and fridge freezer set back in what may have once been a pantry.  Next to the kitchen is the dining room with pine table and stereo and a small inner hall with steep Norfolk winder stairs leads through to the sitting room.   Comfortable chairs and sofa cluster around a wonderful open fire with original surround and for cosy evenings in, the room is equipped with LCD TV with free view and DVD.

Upstairs there is a large landing off which is the double bedroom with TV, twin room and small bunk room and a good sized bathroom with electric shower over the bath.   An intriguing triangular window in the bunk room looks down the lane to the quay – perhaps used in days gone by anxious wives awaiting the return of their fisherfolk!

There is a wealth of original features such as fire places in most rooms and the house is attractively presented with coordinating fabrics and curtains suiting its traditional cottage style.  Trinity benefits from full electric heating which makes it snug and warm all year round and the open fire in the sitting room can be lit for extra ambience.   There is also BT broadband at the cottage.
