The accommodation is extremely spacious taking advantage of the wonderfully high ceilings and airy open features of the original barn. On the ground floor off the long hall are two good sized twin bedrooms, bathroom, boot room and cloakroom with wc.

A simply huge room takes up the rest of the ground floor,  open to the rafters, containing a comfortable sitting area with wood burning stove, tv, dvd etc, dining area and fabulous well equipped kitchen.  With an oil fired AGA plus companion AGA cooker it gives great flexibility for cooks of all abilities! There is a good range of crockery, pans, cutlery etc in the attractive painted kitchen cupboards plus of course, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave etc.  Off the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine and drier.

Three large French doors open out of the main room onto the terrace of a beautifully planned and planted, mainly walled garden with open cart barns covering a table tennis table.  This is a wonderful space for alfresco dining with its large teak table, chairs and barbeque.  There is ample parking space for 4 cars in the gravel drive.

Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, complete with crisp white linen and soft fluffy towels, both with en suite bathrooms and a lovely first floor sitting room that looks over the main room downstairs. Here are comfy sofas arranged around the wood burning stove, shelves of interesting books and cds etc. There is another stairway off this room to a single bedroom in the highest point of the barn, which, because of the unconventional stairs, is available for use by prior arrangement only.
