This has been a terrific addition to our portfolio and has become a firm favourite with our guests for many reasons. The lovely caring owners have really put so much thought into every aspect of the renovation, furnishing, and the all essential little finishing touches throughout the house to ensure that everyone who stays there will have a great holiday. And then there is the view from the sitting room window! If you like to sit and watch boats go by this is the one for you……..

The location is great! Set slightly back from the Manor House Hotel along the Quay the property has the most amazing picture window looking out from the second floor sitting room, and yes, a telescope and binoculars are placed in the window so that visitors can take full advantage of the spectacular views. From this privileged vantage point you can look down across the nature reserve, across the harbour to the marshes, Blakeney Point and the sea beyond. At the moment the magnificent sailing barge "Juno" is moored there bedecked with night lights to complete the view.

Even the downstairs master bedroom has great views too!. There are three bedrooms in all, one double and two twin. There is a full size bathroom and two shower rooms (one being en-suite to the master bedroom). The kitchen and dining area is raised above the sitting room and is really well equipped - dishwasher, two ovens, microwave etc and an excellent variety of glasses (will suit those fond of wine!) There is a new widescreen TV with Sky, video, DVD, stereo, books, games, CD's and a woodburning stove. The decor is modern and luxurious. There is a boat house in the basement which has an extra freezer and washing machine and there are even fishing nets and crab lines! There is private parking for two cars and a small garden and in front of the house there is a terrace just perfect for the evening G & T's! We highly recommend this house - we love it and we know you will too! Bed linen and towels included
